Is there an alphabet of forbidden words?

Nobody wants to hear the 'f' word or the 'n' word in polite society; but what about the 'a' word? Is there  an 'a' word? ...or a 'p' word?...or, ultimately a 'z' word? I don't like the 'b' word much! And the 'o' word?!...it's worse than the 'c' word!  Just having a bit of fun!
